We are seeking an Entry-Level Low Voltage Cable Technician to support commercial structured cabling projects. Candidates should have hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing structured cabling systems in a variety of environments. Job Description
We are seeking an Entry-Level Low Voltage Cable Technician to support commercial structured cabling projects. Candidates should have hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing structured cabling systems in a variety of environments. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in low voltage and telecommunications.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain structured cabling systems
- Pull and route low voltage cabling (CAT6, fiber optic, surveillance)
- Perform punch-down terminations and basic cable testing
- Assist with installation in large commercial buildings (up to 2,000,000 sq. ft.)
- Drill through concrete walls and perform limited conduit work as needed
- Follow safety standards and job-site procedures
- Experience as a Low Voltage Cable Technician or Data Cable Technician
- Strong background in structured cabling installations and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with CAT6 cabling, fiber optic, and surveillance systems
- Low Voltage Cabling

- Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cabling infrastructure
- Ability to work in commercial and construction environments
- Industry certifications are a huge plus (BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA)
