Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong Actimize experience to support fraud detection and customer communication initiatives within Fraud Customer Communication Program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Actimize solutions, including IFM, ActOne, AIS, and RCM Designer, along with strong SQL and Cassandra Query Language (CQL) expertise. This role requires a highly analytical professional who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to support fraud alert processing, customer communications, and onboarding of new fraud-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Support and maintain Actimize platforms and fraud monitoring solutions. Work with Actimize tools including RCM Designer, ActOne Configurations, and AIS Modeler. Create and maintain DART reports, VTLs, and Plugins. Analyze fraud alerts, customer communications, and fraud detection workflows. Collaborate with business, technical, and project teams to gather and document requirements. Support onboarding of new software and fraud-related initiatives. Develop and execute data analysis using SQL, Oracle, Kafka, and Cassandra Query Language (CQL). Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning activities. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of fraud communication solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5 8 years of Business Systems Analysis experience. Strong experience with Actimize tools:
• RCM Designer
• ActOne Configurations
• AIS Modeler Strong experience with at least one Actimize solution:
• IFM (Integrated Fraud Management)
• SAM
• CDD
• WLF Experience supporting and maintaining Actimize solutions. Good understanding of DART Reports, VTLs, and Plugins. Strong SQL experience including Oracle and Kafka environments. Experience with Cassandra Query Language (CQL). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking or Financial Services industry experience. Agile project experience. Experience with CA-7. Experience using Jira, Bitbucket, and U-Deploy. Familiarity with team ceremonies and Agile delivery practices. Microsoft Office proficiency.
