Perform in-depth process analysis, design, and simulation to improve efficiency
Identify process gaps, define performance metrics, and implement improvements
Align business processes with IT systems and modernization initiatives
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on technology and process improvements
Support planning and prioritization of process engineering activities
Ensure alignment with current and future business objectives
Communicate process flows and support stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
Mentor junior staff and contribute to complex, multi-site initiatives
