Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current business processes and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process requirements
• Prepare process documentation, reports, and presentations
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Participate in meetings and workshops related to process analysis
• Monitor process performance and recommend improvements
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master''s or Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
