Job Description:

Candidates should have experience planning and executing large cross functional program/projects They need to be detail oriented and able to work with different level of audience.

Key Qualifications:

• Have a basic understanding of technologies in Business Intelligence/Datawarehouse/Data Engineering/Cloud areas or an interest to learn in order to support relevant projects and programs
• Expert in SQL. Knowledge in data warehouse and basics of data analytics.
• Ability to partner with technical business teams, ensuring that the Data Team is actively engaging, developing a deep understanding of current data needs,
• Exceptional presentation, listening, oral, and written communication skills with various audiences and levels
• Ability to filter, distill and present meaningful information for executive leadership
• Ability to effectively interact with individuals and groups at all levels. Build rapport with people inside and outside the organization
• Ability to quickly respond to changes in business scenarios, projects and resources, adapting positively and promptly
• Ability to cut through ambiguity, remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty and
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, varying size cross-functional programs and projects. Own the business plan of any given project and be in charge of understanding and directing the entirety of the project
• Identify and articulate project inter-dependencies, actively seek out and resolve cross functional and business issues, conflicts and roadblocks
• Maintain a level of constant and effective communication across the organization with the project team, partners and executive management. Identify and present risk assessment to program stakeholders and management
• Collaborate with Development team, Product Managers and EPMs as well as external partners. Facilitate and/or participate in requirements brainstorming and design review sessions with internal and external partners. Understand functionalities and features implemented to effectively communicate to stakeholders. Ensure product/project roadmaps are established for alignment and progress tracking.
