- Experience with Business Central On-Prem
- Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center and BC licensing models
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective BC solutions
- Strong proficiency in AL and C/AL programming languages.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with C/AL to AL upgrade projects
- Manage data migration from legacy systems to Business Central
- Design, develop, and customize BC modules using AL language and Visual Studio Code
- Perform upgrades and version migrations of Business Central environments
- Advanced expertise in SQL, including experience with stored procedures, performance tuning and bottleneck analysis, triggers, scheduled jobs, functions, table types, and views.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, particularly Payroll by Sylogist, Financial Management, and Sales and Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience with API development and integrations.

- While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
