Job Description:
- Partner with senior stakeholders across product, compliance, and technology to align business goals with digital capabilities.
- Analyse client behaviour, product performance, and operational data to support strategic decisions.
- Oversee UAT, change management, and post-deployment reviews for key initiatives.
- Contribute to regulatory and risk assessments related to wealth products and platforms.
- 10 years of experience in business analysis, with strong experience in wealth management or private banking.
- Deep understanding of advisors/RIAs engagements, reporting and experience.
- Deep understanding of investment products, client lifecycle, and digital platforms.
- Overall understanding of capital markets in general.
- Good technology orientation, understanding of data and data base concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Exposure to Agile delivery, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and CRM platforms.
