Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 6 Months (Potential conversion to full time)
Pay Range: $ 42 - $ 45/hr
Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications
- 3 5 years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in ServiceNow environments.
- Strong experience with:
- Requirements gathering
- Writing user stories
- Stakeholder interviews/workshops
- Agile delivery support
- Testing/UAT coordination
- Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow in a BA, admin, or platform-facing capacity.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Ability to understand the ServiceNow platform at a high level, including workflows, fields, and tables.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable using common tools such as Excel, Teams, and ServiceNow Agile module.
