The role involves requirement elicitation, business process analysis, and supporting Agile delivery for benefits such as Group Life, Disability, Leave Management, Claims, and Enrollment.
Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Employee Benefits Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, Leave of Absence, Claims, Enrollment.Understand endtoend benefits lifecycle including enrollment, eligibility, underwriting, policy administration, billing, and claims.
