- 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Quality Assurance
- Experience with workflow automation, HR systems, or government applications is preferred
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (experience can substitute for degree)
- Certifications like CBAP, ISTQB, or similar are a plus
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Coordinate project schedules, implementation plans, and release activities
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
- Create test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
- Work closely with HR teams, developers, project managers, and technical teams
- Manage Agile/SCRUM activities including user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management in Azure DevOps
- Support HR workflow automation and process improvement initiatives
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and process documentation
- Facilitate meetings/workshops with stakeholders to identify requirements and system improvements
- Assist with business process redesign and system integration assessments
- Strong Business Analysis and QA documentation skills
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Ability to create user stories, functional specs, test plans, and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of workflow/process analysis and system testing
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Azure DevOps experience
- Experience with HR systems, payroll systems, or government applications
- Knowledge of data analysis and validation techniques
- QA review and testing experience
