Requirement: Health IT Business Analyst
Duration: 12 months
Location: Tallahassee, FL (onsite- only local to FL )

Required Skills:
5 years BA experience in development team environments (requirements, UAT, ER diagrams, flowcharts)
5 years Azure DevOps / TFS code promotion experience with Visual Studio CVS integration
5 years SDLC experience specifically leading and coordinating UAT
5 years translating multi-system interface specs to programming requirements
WIC, EBT, FLWiSE, or public health IT system experience (strong differentiator)
Oracle SQL/PLSQL querying capability (preferred)
MS Project and Visio proficiency (preferred)
Familiar with Federal and Florida state data security regulations
Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Business Admin, or equivalent experience
Located in or willing to relocate to Tallahassee, FL onsite required
Willing to complete DOH fingerprinting and criminal background check
Understands financial consequence structure deliverable accountability
Comfortable with ADA compliance scanning responsibilities
