- Expertise in:
- S&OP / IBP processes
- Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Supply Planning & Optimization
- Scenario Planning (CFSP)
- Experience in large-scale supply chain transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of constraint-based planning & solver-driven models
- Exposure to automotive / manufacturing supply chains
- Experience with supplier collaboration platforms (S&OE / One Network)
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain visibility / TMS integration
- Experience replacing legacy APS/SPS systems
- Strong stakeholder management & communication
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment
- Analytical mindset with business outcome focus
- Experience working in global delivery (onsite/offshore) environments
- Own design, implementation, and delivery of IBP solutions
- Act as functional lead / solution architect for planning transformation
