Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models to support constructability, coordination, and sequencing.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to resolve design and field conflicts.
- Translate design intent into coordinated construction models aligned with project execution plans.
- Support preconstruction efforts including logistics planning, phasing, and visualization.
- Maintain BIM standards, workflows, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work on large-scale commercial projects and contribute to their successful completion.
- Utilize software like AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks to achieve project goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Engineer, preferably in a general contractor or architecture firm.
- Proven experience working on large-scale commercial projects (or similar).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and related software.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve design and field conflicts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners.
- A dedicated team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
