Big Data Engineer

Toronto, ON (4Days-Hybrid)

Fulltime

Experience : 10 Years

Job Description:

  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Spark and Scala
  • Build and optimize batch and real-time data processing systems
  • Work with Hadoop ecosystem tools and distributed data frameworks
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes for large-scale data ingestion
  • Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams
  • Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot data processing issues
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and system scalability
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus
