Akkodis is seeking an Azure devops (Developer) for a Contract with a client in North Quincy, MA. This role will design, deploy, and manage Azure?based infrastructure and SQL Server environments while ensuring security, availability, and disaster recovery.
Rate Range: $37/hour to $41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Azure devops (Developer) Job Responsibilities include:
- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure?based infrastructure including App Services, storage, and networking components.
- Administer and support MS SQL Server environments, ensuring performance, availability, and reliability.
- Implement and manage Azure backup, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies.
- Configure and manage identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID and security best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to support application deployments and integration.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in SQL Server administration and Azure cloud environments.
- Strong hands?on expertise with MS SQL Server, Azure services (networking, storage, backup, DR), and Entra ID/IAM.
- Proven experience designing secure, scalable cloud solutions and supporting application integrations across modern technologies.
