Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Mac systems
- Familiarity with common office and presentation software (MS Office, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems when needed
- No previous Audio/Visual (AV) experience required
- Training will be provided throughout the assignment
