The role will involve working closely with clients to ensure seamless operation of audiovisual equipment and systems.This person would be the main support for our conference rooms technology (in addition to PC support).

Introduction:
The Audio Visual Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of audiovisual technologies, including Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron devices, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and other related technologies. The role will involve working closely with clients to ensure seamless operation of audiovisual equipment and systems.This person would be the main support for our conference rooms technology (in addition to PC support).
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to customers within your coverage location(s), whether on-site, at a client engagement, or off-site.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving for PC, MAC, application, AV, and network connectivity issues.
- Managing ServiceNow tickets, prioritizing them, and adhering to SLAs.
- Supporting Microsoft Windows and MAC operating systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office365.
- Asset management including shipping, receiving, tracking, and managing hardware assets.
- Providing printer support including installation, configuration, relocation, and troubleshooting.
- Event and meeting support, both on-site and off-site.
- Providing remote hands support guided by the network operations team.
- Offering VIP/White Glove support.
- Having at least 2 years of on-site technical support experience or a related degree.
Required skills:
- Audiovisual technology support experience.
- Experience with AV technologies such as Polycom, Cisco, and various AV equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Technical support experience.
- Knowledge of video technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Surface Hubs.
- Experience with Crestron devices.
