Job Description
The position is a full-time (5 days a week) onsite position located in Cambridge Crossing (450 Water Street). The AV tech should provide end-to-end technical support for managed events and be responsible for the overall success of each event. The AV tech should have a strong working knowledge of web-based audience participation platforms, and Pigeonhole. Perform daily system verification checks on the Auditorium, Innovation Labs, Zoom Rooms and Digital Signage.
Technical Experience
Proficient in Zoom Webinars, Meetings, Breakouts, and Zoom Rooms
Strong understanding of audio and video systems typical in a corporate office building
Ability to troubleshoot and isolate technical issues in complex AV room designs.
Proficient in video switching (traditional hardware and software switching)
Proficient with digital audio consoles (Yamaha QL-1), mixing and managing music, microphones, video playback audio and Zoom participants for live events.
Ability to seamlessly transition between static imagery, videos, and slideshows.
Proficient in audio and video recording formats and digital media standards and equipment.
5 years AV / video & audio experience required
5 years Zoom experience preferred
Additional Skills & Qualifications
