RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Atlassian Cloud Administrator to support a growing enterprise environment for one of our clients in Austin, TX.
Summary:
This individual will join the Enterprise Solutions team and provide administrative and operational support across the Atlassian Cloud suite, with a strong focus on responsiveness, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings a strong troubleshooting mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence in a cloud environment. This role supports a primarily U.S.-based organization with an expanding global presence, including teams in Bangalore, India. Flexibility to support evening hours aligned with IST is required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus 3 years of experience (or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong ability to prioritize and reprioritize work in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Proven experience administering Jira and Confluence within Atlassian Cloud environments
- Experience administering ScriptRunner, including configuration and ongoing support
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- One or more Atlassian certifications
- Scripting or coding experience, preferably with Java
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams
