- Synthesize diverse data sources and research insights to develop strategic recommendations aligned with Medical Affairs goals.
- Manage Statements of Work (SOW) and agency partnerships with strong governance and oversight.
- Participate in annual planning processes, including defining media objectives, channel strategy, channel mix, and measurement frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with marketing guidelines, privacy policies, and organizational procedures.
- Develop and enhance healthcare professional (HCP) customer experiences through digital omnichannel orchestration.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs teams and business units to align strategies across channels.
- Present strategies and insights to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Build and maintain partnerships with third-party platforms and sources of authority (SOAs).
- Recommend optimal media channels based on best practices and strategic objectives.
- Partner with media agencies to develop, execute, and evaluate channel and tactical plans.
- Ensure consistent application of therapeutic area (TA) strategy and customer insights across all touchpoints.
- Analyze performance data and optimize media mix to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish standards that enhance customer experience.
- Identify and implement innovative opportunities in content and execution to address clinical care gaps.
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, marketing, or digital media agency environments.
- Broad experience across multiple media channels, including both offline and online planning.
- Strong expertise in media planning tools, measurement, and media mix modeling.
- Proven strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
