Key Responsibilities:
- Support development of the Food Service innovation strategy
- Help pinpoint and prioritize core product improvements to protect market position
- Assist in building a dynamic 5-year innovation pipeline
- Lead research on customer insights and market trends to uncover new opportunities
- Oversee new product initiatives from concept through launch
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support sales teams with launch materials and plans
- Manage innovation launch execution and lifecycle plannin
- Degree in Marketing or a related field, demonstrating foundational expertise and creativity.
- At least 2 years of hands-on product innovation or launch experience in consumer or commercial industries.
- Exceptional attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a drive to deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication and project management abilities, with a talent for collaborating across diverse teams.
- Proven business acumen and analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Innovative thinker who thrives on tackling challenges and bringing fresh ideas to life.
- Prior experience owning P& L for product launches.
- Experience with renowned consumer or commercial brands or leading CPG organizations is a plus.
