Responsibilities:
- Construct multiple assemblies and sub-assemblies based on drawings and specifications.
- Utilize basic math skills and interpret technical drawings to complete assembly tasks.
- Operate automated equipment and use basic computer systems to support manufacturing processes.
- Perform testing, inspection, and troubleshooting using fixtures and testing equipment.
- Apply soldering skills as required within the functional area.
- Use information from cross-functional sources to support work activities.
- Participate in site-focused teams such as Safety, GMP, or ESD initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with Quality Systems and ensure effectiveness in all operations.
- Meet departmental quality standards and production goals.
- Follow company Code of Conduct and maintain expected performance standards.
- Assist in training peers and support cross-training initiatives within the team.
- Influence and collaborate with team members to improve workflow and productivity.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
- Experience with documentation and quality compliance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer and technical skills.
- Experience with soldering and electronic/mechanical assembly.
- Exposure to automated manufacturing equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
