Must-Have Skills:
- 12 years of experience supporting Texas state government agencies, including CPA.
- 10 years of experience managing technical projects, supporting CAPPS programs.
- Extensive expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, PeopleCode.
- Experience supporting large-scale multi-agency enterprise environments and deployment activities.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
