ECS is seeking an All Source Threat Intelligence Analyst SME 1 to work in our Vienna, VA office.
ECS Federal seeks qualified professionals to support national security and intelligence operations in a collaborative, multi-agency federal environment. This work advances critical government initiatives in identity resolution, threat screening, intelligence analysis, and information sharing across the national security and law enforcement community. It is a fast-paced, mission-driven setting that requires coordination with government partners to deliver timely, accurate analysis and operational support.
This is a 5-year federal contract and requires the ability to work a 24/7/365 operational shift schedule to support this customer's mission.

Required Skills
- Must have a current Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of obtaining SCI / CI-Poly if needed to meet contract requirements.
- Expert-level analytical methods and strategic recommendations.
- Leadership in organizational assessments and team mentorship.
- Collaboration with senior leadership for policy and system improvements.
- Guidance on complex operational challenges.
- Experience supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security programs.
- Experience supporting shift-based or operational mission environments.
