- Build and configure multi-step customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
- Implement orchestration rules, decision management, and audience targeting logic.
- Design scalable and reusable journey components aligned with platform capabilities.
- Create high-level journey blueprints supporting personalization and next-best-action strategies.
- Integrate journey orchestration tools with customer data platforms and marketing ecosystems.
- Manage data ingestion, schema creation, and audience segmentation.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize customer journeys.
- Collaborate with marketing, data engineering, and creative teams for solution delivery.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and promote best practices.
- 5 years of experience in marketing technology.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and Real-Time CDP.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Develop and manage customer journey workflows.
- Implement targeting and personalization strategies.
- Integrate systems and manage customer data pipelines.
- Perform testing and optimization of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation.
- Support and guide junior team members.
- Adobe certifications in Journey Optimizer or related marketing technologies.
- Experience in experience design or marketing technology domains.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
