Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python and a deep understanding of Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that can operate autonomously, make decisions, and interact effectively with dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI/ML models and intelligent agent-based systems
Build and optimize scalable solutions using Python
Develop and implement agentic workflows (multi-agent systems, autonomous decision-making, tool usage, etc.)
Integrate AI models with APIs, data pipelines, and production systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven solutions
Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance over time
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and agentic frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience in AI/ML (NLP, deep learning, or related fields)
Experience with Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning)
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LLM APIs, or similar tools
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience deploying ML models in production environments
Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
