Key Responsibilities:
AI/ML Engineering
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems tailored to business needs.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate models into production environments.
- Monitor model performance and retrain/update models as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for AI/ML initiatives, from ideation to deployment.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
- 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in tech or data-driven environments.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Orange, and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML.
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI practices.
- Prior experience in a hybrid technical-managerial role.
