Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform highly complex (senior-level) Scrum Master work
- \Work under limited supervision leveraging personal initiative and independent judgment
- Work involves coordinating the planning and initiation of Jira projects at various levels of completion in an Agile environment, monitor the progress and schedule of projects, and communicate with project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties
- 5-7 years Project Management at an enterprise setting
- 5-7 years managing a scrum board
- Demonstrable senior level expertise in managing scrum environments in an enterprise setting
- Strong communication skills
- Deep understanding of the Scrum and Agile framework
- Solid understanding of project management software such as MS Project
- Strong time management and attention to detail Possesses the drive and consistency to follow up with tasks
- Technical background with strong demonstrable experience with application delivery
- Strong data analytics background
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements
- Strong organizational skills Mange deadlines, reprioritization or tasks, sprint cycles
- Good ability to resolve conflicts
- Expertise managing technical projects in software security
- Relevant Agile certifications
