- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 7 years of relevant work experience in an Agile environment
- Experience coaching Agile methodologies to teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
- Proven ability to promote a collaborative team environment and work cross-functionally
- Ability to organize delivery across multiple teams
- Experience developing, grooming, and managing backlogs while reporting on progress
- Strong communication skills
- Strong prioritization skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Lead the sunsetting of multiple Web Platform applications and organize delivery across multiple teams
- Communicate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization
- Take ownership of a legacy backlog and coordinate its migration into a new consolidated backlog
- Coach teams to create high-value backlog items while reducing rework and waste
- Promote transparency regarding progress, barriers to change, and impediments; remove or escalate issues when necessary
- Enable teams to practice Professional Scrum and other Agile frameworks that drive agility
- Cultivate continuous learning through retrospectives, experimentation, and improvement initiatives
- Guide teams to understand the purpose (“why”) behind Agile practices and new ways of working
- Serve as an internal trainer contributing to the learning and development of one or more teams
- Coach Product Owners/Managers on techniques for empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy product backlog
- Maintain and promote information radiators that support inspection and adaptation
- Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies and events as needed
