Duties:
- Agile Coach will serve as coach and mentor of IT, operations and business resources for programs and teams
- Works directly with scrum masters, product owners, technical leads and executives to leverage Agile principles and engineering practices and frameworks to deliver high-value business capabilities
- Serves as a subject matter expert on scaling Agile development; Embraces servant leadership; Understands engineering practices and serves as a role model for the team to model Agile behaviors and mindsets; This often includes key mindset shifts in the journey to Agile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of experience in Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) teams
- Three or more years of experience in Agile technology delivery
- Three or more years of experience as a Scrum Master
