- Lead Agile teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate meetings, demos, and decision-making processes to enhance team collaboration.
- Guide teams in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives for improved delivery efficiency.
- Utilize feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive quicker delivery.
- Manage action items and escalate impediments to maintain team transparency.
- Encourage self-organization within teams and motivate them to achieve iteration goals.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Three or more years of experience in Agile technology delivery.
- Five or more years of experience working within Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in business analysis, product/project management, or product development.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions on an aggressive schedule.
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
