- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across enterprise teams
- Coach and mentor teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
- Train and support Medicaid CHIP IT Contracts Oversight teams
- Drive adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across portfolios
- Develop and deliver Agile training curriculum & coaching plans
- Establish Agile best practices, governance, and implementation processes
- Collaborate with leadership to align Agile practices with business goals
- Ensure continuous improvement and measurable Agile maturity
- 16 years of IT experience (Enterprise Level)
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in large organizations
- Strong expertise in:
- Scrum & Kanban
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Agile Transformation & Coaching
- Experience working with Medicaid / Healthcare / State Projects (Preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to make quick decisions and drive change
- SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) ✅
- OR equivalent SAFe certifications:
- SAFe Agilist
- Leading SAFe
- SAFe Program Consultant
- SAFe Release Train Engineer
- Agile Certifications:
- PMI-ACP
- Scrum Master
- DevOps Practitioner
