This role focuses on developing AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows using large language models (LLMs), tools, and multi-agent frameworks.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems that go beyond traditional ML—leveraging agentic architectures, orchestration frameworks, and real-time decision-making systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI systems using Python
- Build autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and tool usage
- Develop and manage multi-agent workflows and orchestration pipelines
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Develop scalable backend services and microservices for AI applications
- Optimize performance, latency, and cost of AI systems in production
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams
- Ensure best practices in testing, monitoring, and deployment of AI systems
- 5 years of strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
- Solid understanding of:
- LLMs and prompt engineering
- Autonomous agents and reasoning loops
- Tool integration and function calling
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-agent collaboration systems
- Exposure to real-time streaming or event-driven architectures
- Background in building AI copilots, chatbots, or workflow automation systems
- Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, and governance
- Telecom domain experience (nice to have)
