Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM UI Developer to join our digital experience team in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5, modern UI technologies, and accessibility standards. You will work closely with UX, design, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and accessible digital experiences aligned with refreshed brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain AEM UI components aligned with refreshed brand and design standards.
• Ensure all UI components meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, and developers to deliver pixelperfect, responsive user interfaces.
• Optimize AEM components for performance, scalability, and reusability.
• Work with Experience Fragments and Content Fragments to support omnichannel delivery.
• Support integration, deployment, and environment promotion across AEM environments.
• Maintain high code quality, documentation, and best practices within AEM architecture.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 architecture and component development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern UI development practices.
• Experience building responsive and accessible UI components.
• Solid knowledge of Experience Fragments and Content Fragments.
• Familiarity with AEM templates, workflows, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Experience working in digital UX-focused projects.
  
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to performance optimization and frontend best practices within AEM.
