Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AEM Component Developer to design, develop, and maintain AEM components in alignment with refreshed brand standards. The ideal candidate will ensure all components meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance, collaborate closely with design and UX teams to create responsive, pixel-perfect UI, and optimize performance within AEM’s architecture. You will also support integration and deployment processes across various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AEM components in line with updated brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborate with design and UX teams to deliver responsive, pixel-perfect UI.
• Optimize components for performance and scalability.
• Support integration and deployment across environments.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and AEM workflows.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
