How you'll make an impact
- Architect and design enterprise-grade AEM solutions (Sites, Assets, Forms, Cloud Service) that are scalable, secure, and performant
- Define end-to-end digital platform architectures, integrating AEM with CMS, DAM, commerce, CRM, identity, analytics, and marketing ecosystems
- Translate business goals and experience strategies into technical architectures and roadmaps
- Establish and govern architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across digital initiatives
- Lead architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and technical decision-making with senior stakeholders
- Provide architectural guidance across development teams, ensuring quality, reusability, and adherence to enterprise principles
- Design for cloud-native, headless, and composable architectures, including AEM as a Cloud Service
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and availability requirements
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and vendors to support digital transformation initiatives
- 8 years of experience in digital platform architecture, with deep hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager
- Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets, Cloud Service, and modern AEM development patterns
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, including application, integration, and platform-level design
- Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems such as CRM (Salesforce), commerce platforms, identity providers, analytics, and APIs
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with headless CMS, microservices, and API-first design
- Knowledge of security, identity, and compliance considerations in enterprise digital platforms
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders
- Adobe certifications and TOGAF or equivalent architecture certifications are a plus
