Tittle: AEM Developer Architect
Location : Centennial, Colorado
Mode : Hybrid (3days in office β 2 days remote)

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise-grade AEM solutions with a focus on modularity, scalability, and maintainability
- Develop custom components, templates, and workflows aligned with Adobe best practices and reusable design patterns
- Lead AEM as a Cloud Service implementations aligned with modern cloud-native architecture principles
- Configure and optimize dispatcher settings, caching strategies, and overall platform performance
- Partner with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to support deployments, upgrades, and system reliability
- Drive architectural design discussions and provide technical leadership across the AEM ecosystem
- Troubleshoot complex issues across authoring, publishing, integrations, and performance layers
- Manage integrations with Adobe ecosystem tools including analytics and tag management, as well as external platforms
- Establish and enforce standards for security, accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to elevate engineering quality
- Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery processes
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support platform scalability and knowledge transfer
Must Have Technical Skills:
- 10 years of software engineering experience with significant hands-on delivery of AEM-based solutions
- Deep expertise in AEM core frameworks including Sling, OSGi, JCR, dispatcher configuration, and workflow development
- Strong experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and modern cloud deployment models
- Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes-based deployments such as AKS
- Experience integrating AEM with enterprise marketing technology stacks
- Prior experience serving in a technical lead or solution architect capacity
- Proficiency in Java and front-end technologies including HTL (Sightly), JavaScript frameworks such as React or Next.js, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of enterprise web architecture principles such as J2EE and scalable application design
- Experience implementing server-side rendering, caching strategies, and front-end performance optimization
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and DevOps best practices
