Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5 years of experience with engineering on a DoW, National Security, or Aerospace program
- 2 years of experience with DoW acquisition and systems engineering processes
- Experience supporting or participating in Systems Engineering Technical Review ( SETR ) events
- Ability to lead engineering teams or engineering projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering ( MBSE ) met hodologies and tools, such as Cameo, MagicDraw, SysML, and MATLAB
- Experience in a DoW aircraft or weapon s system program acquisition office
- Possession of strong organizational and documentation skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Engineering, Science or Technology
- INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional ( CSEP ) Certification
