Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in enterprise content management and digital platform architecture.
- Proficiency in Java, Sling, Dispatcher, and back-end integration for Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service implementation and support.
- Experience in AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and complex content modeling.
- Experience with Cloud Manager pipelines, automated testing, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience in assessing highly customized enterprise platforms and identifying supportability risks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Evaluate AEM as a Cloud Service implementations to define sustainable long-term support models.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical architecture, workflows, and content models.
- Lead architectural reviews to distinguish standard platform practices from over-customization.
- Design staffing and governance strategies for transitioning vendor-built systems to internal support.
- Establish documentation standards and guide knowledge transfer between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Enforce security and performance best practices through code reviews and standard enforcement.
- Advise leadership on architectural tradeoffs, technical debt, and long-term platform deployment strategies.
