AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an Active Directory (AD) / Microsoft Exchange Engineer to join our growing team. We are looking for an Active Directory (AD) / Microsoft Exchange Engineer with strong experience as Windows System Administrator, with at least 5 years focused on AD and Exchange.

Job Responsibilities

Active Directory (AD) / Microsoft Exchange:

• Administer and maintain Active Directory and EntraID
• Experience Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and security and compliance.
• Experience in migrations, upgrades, and domain consolidations.
• Experience Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, replication, and trust issues.
• Experience Manage DNS, DHCP, and other AD-integrated services.
• Experience in managing and support Microsoft Exchange environments (on-prem, hybrid, and/or Exchange Online)
• Experience with Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange deployments, and mail flow routing
• Knowledge of email security best practices, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and anti-spam/anti-malware policies.
• Administer, configure, and maintain Proofpoint Email Protection, TAP, Threat Response Auto Pull (TRAP), DLP, and Encryption
• Support and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Windows Failover Clustering, DFS, and storage replication.
• Monitor server performance, patching, and system health.
• Automate tasks and reporting via PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Familiar with auditing, logging, and privileged access controls
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator, with at least 5 years focused on AD and Exchange.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture and managing Exchange online
• Deep understanding of Exchange Server 2016/2019 and/or Office 365 (Exchange Online).
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Familiarity with Azure AD, ADFS, and hybrid identity setups.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and administration.
  
  

Certifications:

• Microsoft certifications: MCSE, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead small infrastructure projects and mentor junior team members.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
