Skilled Carpenter, Finish Carpenter & Handyman

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing handyman team. We are looking for skilled carpenters, finish carpenters, and handymen who take pride in quality workmanship and providing excellent service to homeowners. The ideal candidates are reliable, professional, and capable of working independently while delivering outstanding results on residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rough and finish carpentry, framing, and general home repairs.
• Install doors, windows, trim, molding, cabinetry, and custom woodwork.
• Complete home improvement projects, repairs, installations, and renovations.
• Handle drywall repairs, painting, hardware installation, and other handyman tasks.
• Read measurements, follow project specifications, and complete work accurately.
• Identify problems, recommend solutions, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional carpentry, finish carpentry, or handyman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential repairs, renovations, and construction techniques.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and customer-service oriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Own basic tools preferred.
• Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Good communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
