About the Role
We are looking for a Terminal Operator to manage loading and unloading operations across rail, truck, and water transport. This role ensures accurate order handling, equipment operation, and smooth terminal operations in a safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Load and unload materials from trucks, rail cars, and vessels
• Maintain terminal areas including yard, warehouse, and office spaces
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on equipment
• Communicate with managers, customers, and suppliers
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational policies
• Support general terminal and maintenance tasks
Candidate Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, SAP preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
Additional Requirements
• Welding or mechanical background preferred
• Knowledge of construction/cement industry is a plus
