About the Role
Operate terminal equipment for loading and unloading rail cars, trucks, and other transport systems while ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient material handling operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Load and unload bulk and bagged materials from trucks, rail cars, and vessels
• Operate mobile equipment used in terminal operations
• Maintain yard, warehouse, and facility cleanliness
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Perform basic equipment checks and general maintenance support
• Ensure safety, environmental, and compliance standards are followed
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers
• Support smooth and accurate order processing
Candidate Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in heights and confined spaces
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, SAP preferred)
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and reliability
• Experience in mechanical/welding work preferred
