Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Control Supervisor to lead quality operations and ensure adherence to industry standards. This is a full-time role based in the United States, involving leadership of quality teams, implementation of quality processes, and continuous improvement of manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance and support
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and improve quality control processes and systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within electronics or aerospace manufacturing
• Experience with RCCA (root cause corrective action)
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with quality management systems and data tools
• Knowledge of aerospace quality and regulatory standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams
• Continuous improvement mindset
