Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance MOR reporting with continuous improvements
- Extract, analyze, and interpret MAT (Manpower Allocation Tool) and EOC data
- Support resource management and financial reporting for leadership meetings
- Analyze demand and supply variances, including fill rate metrics
- Forecast and report engineering utilization with variance analysis
- Manage budget and census-related activities including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation
- Report business and engineering metrics across programs, COEs, and resources
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in Data Analytics and Finance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to handle complex datasets and resolve discrepancies
- Experience with Tableau (data visualization and dashboard creation)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, or related field
- Experience in the defense industry
- Experience supporting senior leadership (Director/VP level)
- Knowledge of resource planning, financial analysis, and metrics reporting
- Strong communication skills with ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to work independently and handle complex problems
