Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Senior IT Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise end-user technology solutions. This role focuses on modern workplace technologies, device management, and executive-level IT support, contributing to enhanced productivity, security, and overall employee experience.
The position plays a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric IT services across corporate environments while supporting strategic IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support End User Computing (EUC) solutions across Windows, macOS, and virtual desktop environments
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, patching, and security enforcement
- Manage Microsoft 365 services and endpoint integrations across productivity and collaboration tools
- Utilize digital experience tools (e.g., Nexthink) to monitor and improve end-user performance
- Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platforms ensuring performance and availability
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for macOS and Windows environments
- Oversee PC lifecycle management including deployment, refresh, and decommissioning
- Manage enterprise print services including print queues, drivers, and solutions
- Deliver Mobility Device Management (MDM) support aligned with security standards
- Provide executive/VIP IT support with high-touch service delivery
- Monitor system performance and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to enhance services
- Maintain documentation, standards, and procedures for operational excellence
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
- 5 years of experience in IT Engineering or End User Computing
- Strong hands-on experience with EUC environments in enterprise settings
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune and modern device management
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services
- Hands-on experience with VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware, AVD, etc.)
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows systems
- Familiarity with endpoint monitoring tools (e.g., Nexthink)
- Experience managing full PC lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of enterprise print services and mobility/MDM solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of endpoint security and compliance practices
