We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support distribution center operations. This role plays a critical part in driving HR initiatives, supporting employee relations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will actively engage with employees and leadership to foster a positive work environment and implement best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR functions for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Provide coaching and mentoring to supervisors and team members
- Assist in onboarding, training, and development initiatives
- Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and workplace safety standards
- Facilitate HR-related training programs and initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including employee relations
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of employment laws and OSHA safety practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
