About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, ensure safety compliance, and support efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise plant operations and production teams
- Monitor process performance and ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational policies
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve production issues
- Review operational data and implement corrective actions
- Support cost control and operational efficiency initiatives
- Maintain accurate reporting and system entries (e.g., SAP)
- Ensure safe working conditions and proper housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Work Schedule
- Rotating shift schedule required
Work Environment & Safety
