About the Role:
The Loader Operator operates a front-end loader to transport bulk materials safely and efficiently within plant and storage areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to load, move, and unload materials
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of equipment
- Follow safety procedures and standard guidelines
- Conduct pre-shift and periodic inspections
- Maintain cleanliness of plant and work areas
- Support plant operations and maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- 12 months of loader operator experience (980M/982M loaders)
- Experience in heavy equipment, construction, or paving preferred
- Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Proven safety record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
