Key Responsibilities
- Operate loader equipment to move and transport materials
- Perform routine equipment maintenance (fueling, lubrication, cleaning)
- Conduct pre-shift inspections and report issues
- Maintain safe and efficient plant operations
- Support housekeeping and cleanliness of plant areas
- Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of loader operation experience
- Experience in construction, paving, or heavy equipment environments preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Strong safety awareness and track record
- High school diploma or equivalent
